the outstanding team offered excellent service and made us feel special from beginning to end. the Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi were all in great condition and the perfect way to relax. the location offered easy access to everything we wanted to explore around the city.
We lost a couple of items and some important notes that were accidentally thrown away.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel with exclusive amenities and excellent service. the spa and wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, and sauna were perfect for my relaxation. the location was ideal, close to top attractions and with a stunning sun terrace. the restaurant provided delicious meals and the in-room breakfast was a great touch. the private facilities, including sensory-stimulating full body massage and rejuvenating foot massage, were fantastic.
the reception addressed and quickly cleaned it up.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, with two malls nearby and in the center of new Astana. The hotel staff were really good, greeting us with warmth and always wearing a smile. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, equipped with everything we needed. The breakfasts were majestic, offering a wide variety of delicious options.

Located in the heart of the vibrant new Astana, this hotel offers a convenient base for exploring the city. Guests rave about the stunning views of Bayterek and Abu Dhabi Plaza from the rooms. The modern design of the public areas and rooms is aesthetically pleasing.
The lack of a Club Lounge and access to it was a disappointment for some guests.

Breakfast in the club area was nice. Attentive and caring staff. High quality and reasonably priced food. Polite and professional service. Convenient location near city center. Nice swimming pool for chilling.
